Topic: Routing help interfacing with hardware mixer

I am trying to use the UFX essentially as a 12 channel tape machine, with the outputs of channels 1-12 wired to the corresponding channels 1-12 on my loaner board (a MIDAS Venice 160).

As for the headphone outputs, I have TRS to duel 1/4" adapters.

The problem is I can't seem to split the headphone outputs (9-10,11-12) and the main outputs (1-2) into mono mode, in order to send the signals to their corresponding channels.

I read the manual, the section that describes using UFX as a 12ch converter, but didn't quite understand where the ADAT ins and outs come into play, since I'm not using ADAT for anything

Well, select the headphones 9-10 submix and pan the input all the way left to send to channel 9, and all the way right to send to channel 10, and so on..
