hello, .....problem 1:.....after first installation i get constantly cracking on the headphone output of my new baby face....the output on the cable extension is alright,i`m talking about the output at the device itself.
brandnew imac 2013,.....after starting  mac,without doing anything,i get  constant crackles on this output ,every 2 or 3 seconds....
when i`m going to a website or whatever,the crackling increases to a constant digital noise .

problem 2:   tried  to update firmware of baby face......manual says: "reset(switch off) baby face after update"......
how to switch off baby face?....plug off usb?
