does exists any chance to have one HDSPe AIO working with two AO4S-192 AIO ?

Sorry no. You can add one input card and one output card, but not two of the same.

If you need 8 additional line ins, you need TWO HDSPe AIO cards, and TWO AO4S-192 cards. That will actually give you 12 analog inputs. But it's cheaper to add 8ch ADAT pre/converter like Focusrite octopre, B-ADA8000, Presonus digimax, etc
