Topic: FF400 not recognized by 2 diferents computers (1 pc , 1 mac)

Hi i just bought a FF400 , and trying to install and my computer(pc) does not recognize the device , so i try to install it on my wife computer which is a MAC , and does not recognize either ... i also try`d the 2 diferent inputs of the FF400 ...
it can be a problem with the FF400?
please if someone can help me i`ll be very greatfull

Sure can be, or a cable problem. Did you try the external power-supply?

yes both time with the power supply , and with 3 diferent cables , 2 on pc one on mac

Sounds like a dead Fireface then. Best to contact your vendor for an exchange. If you bought in a shop, maybe they can check it right away by connecting it to one of their computers. I assume the "HOST" LED is lit red all the time?
