Topic: No input on analog 5-6

Hi,

I have nothing coming from the inputs 5-6 and "UFL" is shown instead of db's at coresponding fader. Hardware problem? Blown inputs??

Most probably...although I have no clue which RME unit you use...

It's a brand new Fireface UFX

Hey thanks for the fast answers! I really appreciate.

The seller told me he had to send it to Toronto (i'm from Montreal) to get it fixed. Can i ask him for a replacement right away?

Why not? Of course I have no clue what he will answer...

If things are not handled as you expect don't hesitate to get in touch with the local distributor. They might be able to help then.
