Hallo,

ich habe gerade den Studio-PC eines Bekannten erneuert, er nutzte voher Windows XP und nun unter Windows 7 gibt es ein etwas nerviges Problem..
Vorweg: Die Asio-Treiber (in Verbindung mit Cubase) funktionieren einwandfrei. Jedoch nutzt er auch oft den Win Media Player etc um Songs vorzuhören und dort lässt sich nicht der "richtige" Ausgang einstellen.
Wenn man unter Win7 als Standard-Wiedergabegerät "Adat 1 Ausgang 1/2" auswählt wird das Signal über Kanal 17/18 ausgegeben. Aber wieso?!
Er hat 2 von den Karten verbaut, alle Ausgänge werden korrekt aufgeführt und jeder Ausgang lässt sich als Standard setzen und wird dann auch auf dem richtigen Kanal ausgegeben mit Ausnahme eben von 1/2.
Ich habe bereits im Windows Media Player geschaut ob dort etwas verstellt ist (man kann dort nochmal separat den AUsgangskanal einstellen), das passt aber alles.
DIe Routing Matrix ist auch richtig und im Total-Mix ist auch alles richtig eingestellt. Der Treiber ist der Neueste, Firmware-Update der Karten wurde auch erfolgreich gemacht...
Da er in seinem Studio ein relativ festes Routing hat im Zusammenhang mit 3 älteren Yamaha-Konsolen (02R oder so) würde ich nur ungern das ganze Routing ändern..
Es funktioniert ALLES einwandfrei, bis auf die Kanäle 1/2 unter Win7 (WDM), die wie gesagt kurioserweise auf 17/18 ausgegeben werden..

Vielleicht kennt ja jemand das Problem...

I just set up a new computer for a friend's studio and have a problem with the 2x HDSP 9652 + Win7 (64 bit).

First: Asio under Cubase works fine..

But: If i set up the the standard audio output under windows to 1-2, the signal comes through channel 17-18!  The outputs appears correctly in the windows setup, all other outputs working perfectly (for example, if i set up output to 3-4 the signal comes through 3-4). Only 1-2 everytime comes through 17-18.

I already checked the settings in windows media player (there you can set up separately a standard output channel), i checked the routing matrix, total-mix settings.. It's the newst driver, firmware update also made..

I search for a solution because it would be fine to have the outputs 1-2 working, because he uses 3 of the old Yamaha 02R and if i would change the standard output i would have to change the complete routing of the mixers.. I don't want to
