Topic: Fireface UC, low output on one channel

Hello,

I have a Fireface UC that is working flawlessly, except analog output channel 2 is attenuated approx. 8db compared to the other analog outputs.

TotalMix reports full output level, but if I route output 2 back into an input it is 8db quieter.
The signal seems fine except the missing dBs. I tried splitting the balanced signal and found that the TS-signal is 20db lower than on the other outputs, and the RS seems normal.

I have tried the obvious stuff like other cables, full reset in totalmix, updated firmware and drivers to latest, juggle the line-out setting between +4, -10 and higain, etc.
Seems like a hardware failure, is this a known issue?

I've got the same problem with the output 1.. Low level, bass are cut ...

How can i fixe it?
