Topic: Fireface UC Not connecting

Hello

I bought the Fireface UC usb for on the road.
I use in my home studio Mac 10.7.5   2.66 ghz RME Hdsp Card with Lynx Aurora ADAT
And have a laptop 2.4 ghz 8gb ram intel

The Fireface is not working on both machines.

I downloaded all the drivers and set the Fireface on mac.
Still is not recognized.

What to do?

More details, please, what does "not recognized" refer to? Which driver did you install? Can you test on a PC?

Hello

I downloaded the last driver version 1.78 12/21/2012
The fireface is not connecting at all with the computers.
The computers usb ports do not connect the fireface UC.
I can not see it in the midi set up or in the system report.

I can not test it on a PC.
