Topic: Fireface UFX working with Thunderbolt adaptor?

I know this is early, but seeing that the new Mac Pro will only carry TB and not FW, and since I am currently debating whether I should toss out my old MOTU system and get a Fireface UFX for my current Mac Pro, I wanted to know if anyone at RME can say that using Fireface UFX using a TB adaptor will work nicely?

Sincerely,

Simon

USB here, and I'd never change for FW neither TB.

Works perfectly. Running a 2013 macbook pro retina with the UFX connected via the apple f/w - thunderbolt adapter, with f/w400 to 800 cable. Was forced into using the firewire as the USB is not working reliably with Pro Tools. Huge freezes with my own and friends usb3 equipped macs. USB worked fine with my old usb2.0 equipped macs, but not with usb3.0. Beware.
