Hi there!

So I'm facing an inconvinient problem with my RME set. I have a Multiface 1 with a HDSP PCI Rev 1.5, connected to a desktop pc with Xp 32 bit. It's all been working for the past few years, until yesterday. I had disconnected the multiface from the pc to use it elsewere (althought it was unused), 2 days later i connected the multiface to the pci and boot the system, my surprise was that the system was constantly showing dialog boxes saying that has found new hardware and asking to install it. In the hardware device manager it shows 8 or 9 devices, and when i try to uninstall, upgrade or disable the pc crashes and shows the blue screen of death.

I've formated the pc, and the problem repeated itself, so i've formated it again, and now the pc doesn't reconize the devices at all. I've changed the slots in the motherboard, but the system doesn't recognize it at all.

I don't know what to do more.

Have any ideas about what's wrong and how i can solve it?
