Topic: Multiface(old)-HDSP Cardbus-Expresscard adapter-Sonnet Echo-OSX Lion

Hello
I have an old Hammerfall DSP Multiface and Cardbus card which I used with my old Laptop. I now use a MacbookPro with OSX Lion 10.7.5. I am trying to connect these items through the Thunderbolt port by using the Echo Expresscard-34 adapter from Sonnet. I also have to use an adapter from Cardbus to ExpressCard-34. I can't get it to work.
Has anybody had any luck with this setup ? Which driver to use f.ex. ?
Anybody have a clue how to make this work ?

This will not work, as there is no Intel Mac driver that supports the RME Cardbus. You can replace this with the HDSPe Expresscard, which will connect to the Sonnet adapter.
