Topic: 3dB of differences between Mixer and Matrix view

Hi everybody !


I have a problem using TotalMix with my UFX ...


on some channels I have a difference of 3 dB between Mixer and Matrix view ...


example: if I set 0 dbB on channel 3 in the Mixer view, I have -3 dB on Matrix view

That is called 'Pan Law' (please Google) and not a problem.

Just a question ... the pan law is applyed even on the channels in "center" ???

thanks for you answers ...


but I still don't understand why some channels not panned (perfecly in center) are displayed as -3 dB and others aren't: I have 4 mics in the center ... and just the MIC2 is displayed as 0dB

Routing to mono channels there is no panning hence no pan law.
