Hi, i would greatly appreciate some RME totalmix advice. I  am attempting to  play audio pro tools and with a patchbay  sending the audio out of my UFX and in to outboard gear, and then back in to a different UFX channel.
i can do this alright but at present i get a phasey mix of both the new and original- which is impossible to judge what my compressor/EQ is doing to my original tracks.  When i mute the original either in pro tools or totalmix, i dont get a signal anymore.  I am sure there is a simple remedy for this routing, can someone throw me a few suggestions please.
