Topic: HDSPe PCI on ASUS P9X79-E WS (only 7 slot PCIe x16)

Good evening,
I recently purchased a Multiface II with HDSPe (PCI Express x1).
Now I want to buy an Asus P9X79-E WS that has only PCIe x16 slot ... I want to know if it could be 100% compatible with the HDSPe.
