Topic: ADI-8 DS -- will not power up - Help!

My ADI-8 DS will not power up. No sound. However, it's not completely dead: the LEDs flicker, but not brightly (they light up like a flock of birds sweeping across the front of the interface.) 

Any ideas?

UPDATE: it's mostly dead now...hmmm, power surge from lightening?
