Just thought I'd let anyone that is still using the MadiFace and wants to use it with the Mac Pro tower know:

The Sunix PTE1414 PCI-Express To ExpressCard Adapter usually $47.37 at MCM Electronics is on sale for $9.99 with source code " SC3913".
I recently bought one and it works great with my Early 2008 Mac Pro 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon. OSX 10.8.5
I did NOT have to plug in the internal USB connector.
