RME User Forum → HDSP(e) series → PCI to PCIe adapter card. Success?
Hi
I'd be grateful if anyone can tell me if I can use a PCIe adapter card, such as this

in order to use my RME PCI card and Multiface on a Mac Pro which only has PCIe slots.
The one above doesn't mention if it supports a Mac.
Any comments, experiences welcome

Regardless of the adapter, it won't work because there is no Intel Mac driver support for the PCI cards.

Not the reply I was hoping for, but that's life.
Looks like it's goodbye to my old RME gear then.
Still, should be worth something I hope.
You can simply replace the PCI card with the RME HDSPe PCI (which is a PCIe card) and keep using the Multiface. "No driver support" only referred to the PCI card per se.
