Topic: MADIFACE USB capability question

I think from the manual the Madiface USB will do what I want it to...but before I buy I wanted to confirm.

I want to take a MADI stream out of my converters to the MADI input of the MADIFACE and record all channels from that stream on computer #1 via usb. And I want to simultaneously duplicate the same input stream using the MADIFACE USB / TOTALMIX to send to computer #2 via the MADI out ports on the MADIFACE. So basically using it to duplicate 1 MADI stream so I can record to 2 computers simultaneously. MAke sense? Will the recording on both computers be sample accurate with each other? No delay / latency difference between the two computers? Both computers will be sharing the same word clock and linked via midi time code.

From the manual...

In 64 Channel Mix mode TotalMix FX shows 64 input, playback and output channels. All settings in TotalMix
use the data from one MADI input port, and send identical data to both MADI output ports.

Thanks
