In the old mixer this setting is present and in the new driver is gone, why?

Because it never worked...same with Multiface and others. The manual was right as it never mentioned this feature. For MS Processing the hardware musst support phase inversion. The AES-32 was the only PCI card ever capable of doing that. All later released cards were PCIe cards and can do this too, like all FW and USB devices.
