Topic: volume knob adjusts pan as well ?

I am using the newest version of Total Mix with an older FF400, so no effects, but still awesome update!

However when I use the physical volume knob to adjust the volume of the headphone mix, it also adjusts the pan?
I have the control room set up as the headphone out, and I can watch the volume go down, while the panning goes left!@

Is there some setting that is messed up here?

Solved my own issue by searching the forum via google (Not a fan of the 30 second wait to research when you get zero results).

Hold knob until "on" appears for stereo link, then the knob only controls volume, not pan as well.
Not sure why the control room, which was set to stereo not mono, would need this step, but that solved it.
