Topic: Will TotalMix FX ever support Fireface UC?

RME just posted an announcement that TotalMix FX now supports "all" RME audio interfaces but upon closer inspection it appears to only be the PCI and Firewire interfaces. Where does that leave the Fireface UC? Will it ever support FX?

I ask because I want to buy the Fireface UC but maybe I should be considering something else if this device is being left in the dust.

Re: Will TotalMix FX ever support Fireface UC?

I also didnt find quickly a web page where the exact scope of devices is listed.

RME announced this extended hw/driver support for older devices down to ~2001.

The UC is from ~2009/2010 when looking into RME archive on web with the new product and driver announcements and this SOS article which is appearently a review after this device came out newly.

So if I put 1+1 together the UC should also have/benefit from that.

To be on the safe side wait from a response of RME or somebody else found a better source of information.

The UC had TotalMix FX from the day TM FX was released, some years ago...and no, it does not mean that it has or gets FX of any kind.
