Topic: Behringer BCF2000 - trim preamp gain + control FX send?

I have the Behringer BCF-2000 connected via USB in Mackie for Steinberg mode on Windows 8.1 laptop and I use an RME Babyface.

The submixes layout (Shift 1) on the Behringer BCF-2000 is different when I have the hardware inputs, playback or hardware outputs selected.

When I select 'submix selection in input/playback row' in TM settings and I am on the Inputs page, only the Main and Stereo submixes can be selected. Any other output selection (ADAT 1-8) is not selectable on the BCF-2000 when pressing Shift 1.

If I also check 'map stereo to 2 mono channels' in TM settings, this only applies when I am on the Outputs page. In Software Playback and Hardware Input view the submixes are still on two faders for Stereo.

1) Any ideas on how to select any submix when I am on the hardware input section? Preferably with stereo to 2 mono mapping, so I can view and select Main Out, Headphones and 4-6 monitors from any view on the Behringer.

Mysteriously, after connecting the BCF-2000 to Reaper and back to TMFX, selecting submixes works as expected! Solved.

2) Also, is it possible to trim preamp gain with the rotary controllers and control FX send?

Preamp gain -> Yes, assign CC9, channel 1, 2 for preamp 1, 2 respectively (read the manual section "MIDI Remote Control" chap 24.5, for more details).
But I don't know if you can manually assign CC to rotary encoders if you use the BCF2000 in MCU mode.

FX Send -> Not sure as I've never seen how to control them (but it would be very useful to my opinion)
