Looking for a source of a good cable from new iPad Air (Lightning) to USB B to use with UFX.

Apple. Only Apple. And it has USB A female.

Is it not the case that it in fact requires the Apple (Lightning) Camera Connection Kit, to which a standard USB A - USB B cable is then connected?
