Topic: Right side speaker a lot lower than left

Hi there,

I am using a babyface(blue) with logic x. The right speak output is a lot lower than the left sided speaker. It's the same when I play any audio using the babyface. Is there some balancing setting I am missing on the babyface? Any help would be great. Thanks.

If you have your Babyface connected there's the RME settings app that appears. Did you check levels there?

Do you have RME's TotalMix installed? That's a second place to check levels.

If all of these are equal level between left and right, maybe you have defective cable. Have you tried switching left and right to check if the levels change or not?

Check the speaker itself. Some models (active) have an input level. If yours do, maybe they are not matched.

Most likely a cable problem if levels match on TM-meters.
