Topic: Latency with TotalMix FX and RayDat card .....

Hi all,

New to the group, but I've been using an RME RayDat card for several years. Very pleased until I updated to TotalMix FX. Now I'm getting serious latency when trying to overdub. Before the update I was running at 6.6 msec round trip. Now the latency is so bad I can't record.

I'm running Sonar 2015 with plenty of computer horse power.

Any ideas? I don't really want to go back to the older version of TotalMix, but I can't use it the way it is now!

TotalMix is a simple remote for the hardware mixer inside the card and therefore can in no way cause latency.

Please check all the settings in the Settings dialog of the card and within Sonar.
