Topic: How to get rid of warning messages

I have write protect following 4 xml files in both User>AppData>Local>TotalmixFX and ProgramData>TotalMixFX
- last.Fireface8021.xml
- rme.totalmix.default.xml
- rme.totalmix.preferences.xml
- rme.totalmix.presets.xml

If I make any changes in TotalMix and then restart the computer (Win Pro 7 64 bit), I get a warning message telling me that there is a mismatch detected. Since the xml files are write protected, TotalMix obviously store the last settings somewhere else on the computer.

Is there any way to get rid of this message?

Not at all. TotalMix on the interface has been changed by you, so the TM FX software is right to complain.

You can switch off this message in the Preferences.
