Hello,

The Input gain of my Multiface I is very very low. I opened the unit and checked the Input Gain jumpers which are set to +4db. The input faders of RME Total Mix FX don't do anything when moved. The only working fader in Total Mix is the Phones output fader. The maximum output gain I am getting is the fourth bar from the bottom. 

What am I doing wrong?
