Topic: RADAT and MADI card in same machine

Can I run one RADAT and one MADI PCIE cards in the same machine.  Motherboard is Asus, processor is AMD Athalon 6400
3 gig of memory , operating system is XP Pro sp3.
Currently have one RADAT card installed.
If this is possible which one should have the TCO clock module?

Re: RADAT and MADI card in same machine

You dont tell exactly which MADI card you want to get, the one with or without FX.
And the other card its called RayDAT not RADAT.

See supported cards: http://www.rme-audio.de/products/hdsp_tco.php

It will work i.e. with RayDAT and HDSPe MADI.

I would choose based on the layout of your PCIe slots used by the cards, where its better to mount
and cable for distance (better cooling) between cards.

Re: RADAT and MADI card in same machine

I suspect that both can coexist since the same driver supports both devices.

Audio software is Sawstudio and Software Audio Console.

Will let you know how it works.
