What OS ?

There is no TotalMix and no application to configure ADI-2 Pro from computer.
The only volume control that you have is i.e. in your DAW or in your audio application using the ASIO driver.

If you use Windows WDM/WASAPI driver then you can use the Windows Mixer I think.
