Topic: RME UCX and Traktor Routing Problem! Please advise

So I just got my UCX and tried to connect Traktor to Mixer via UCX.

Everything seems pretty easy. UCX Output 1, 2 sending from Traktor's Deck A to Mixer Channel 1 RCA 1,2 input, same goes for Deck B and UCX Output 3, 4 with mixer channel 2.

HOWEVER, when I play deck B on Traktor, the UCX output 1, 2, which are routed to Deck A are playing the same song as Deck B...

I can't understand why... routing in Traktor seem correct.

I did a test to use other output (i.e: 5,6 or 7,8) for Deck B. Deck A stop play whats on Deck B and stay muted...

What is the issue here?? In the long run, i wanna use all 9 output from UCX... this duplication of signal output is wasting me 2 channels... please help

Sorry I can't directly answer because I do not know Traktor.

I think it might be eventually worth for you to become acquainted with RM / routing 1st,
just for the case that you are missing some basics.

By default, playback channels are mixed to the Main Out.

For a quick fix, in TotalMix FX go to Options > Reset Mix > Straight playback. This setting will remove any mixing / multiple routes for outputs.
