Topic: UGH! My RME UFX is dead.

Its got power but it takes no input and there is no output on any channel or phones.  Contacted RME a few days ago.  Still waiting on a response.  Not very happy with Customer Service.  Good thing I'm a hobbyist and not a professional.  :-(   Good thing I have an old Focusrite 2i2 that works.  I throw that thing around like a bitch and it still works a charm.

I did.  Waiting to hear back.  I tried the support link, provided a bunch of details that were asked of me 2 days ago and got no response. 

Then I contacted my local support team in the US and I'm waiting to hear back.
