Topic: FF UC keeps returning to stereo configuration

Hello, every time i turn on my computer i have to reconfigure FF UC for surround in Win 10.
I go to Playback devices -  Speakers (RME Fireface UC) - Configure - 5.1 surround - next, next.... and so on...
I only use this settings when watching movies with software for playing videos. I would like to have it set in this config all the time.
Is there a way to do it?

Otherwise card works great with all audio daw and other software. Great job with the drivers guys i am really loving the performance.

This is a new behavior in Windows 10 CU or FCU, and at this time nobody clearly knows if it stays like this or changes again. Formerly Windows stored the stereo or multichannel configuration per sample rate (still works like that in W10 Anniversary Edition). Now it is deleted with every removal of the device. Which doesn't make any sense with a typical Plug & Play / hotplugging interface format (USB).

We need to examine this in more detail.
