Topic: RME Hammerfall DSP(e) MADI: RED LED is turned "ON". How to fix it ?

After installing the board & it's driver (version 4.2.1.0) and it's firmware (pcie_fut), when I try to playback the .WAVE file or .mp4 file through "Windows Media Player", no audio output is coming / audible through the 1/4" analog output. Further details:

Playback on MADI channel 29+30 - check routing in TotalMix FX for the headphone output. Or assign the WDM devices correctly so that Windows uses the Phones out. The manual tells you how to do:
