Topic: EQ not working...GIF included to demo

Hi everyone, for some reason, all of a sudden when I enable EQ, my input becomes muted. It's the strangest thing because everything has been working fine until now. I've loaded old workspaces/snapshots, and reinstalled drivers/programs, but the problem still exists.

The same thing happens on every input when I enable EQ.

I'm sure if something silly but I can't solve it for the life of me.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Did you try a Total Reset from the TM FX Options menu?

Hi MC, I did try that. The same issue occurs.

I installed it on a different computer as well, and the same issue is happening which leads to me believe it’s the babyface pro doing it.

I’ve tried “updating” the firmware also, which just reinstalls the most recent version, which I already had.

I have no explanation for this effect then. Please contact your local dealer/distributor for further action.

You can't. It's always via a distributor.

did you figure out what the problem was?
Or did you actually have to replace your device?

I had it replaced and it fixed the problem.
