Topic: Babyface Pro volume knob/encoder issue?

My volume knob adjusts loudness at uneven but strangely predictable rate. One really slow knob move results in either lowered or increased volume:

+/- 0.5 dB at 0 to -10 range
+/- 1 dB at -10 to -26 range
+/- 1,5 dB at -26 to -43 range
+/- 2 dB at -43 to -59 range
+/- 3 dB at -59 to ∞ range

Is this an intentional behavior of TotalMix software or it’s a hardware problem caused by defective encoder? I’m experiencing this problem from the beginning.

its the same with my Babayface Pro. So seems intentional and not an issue.
