Topic: TotalMix Mix Window Not Appearing

I have a BabyFace Pro and when I try to open a Total Mix Window nothing happens. I have the newest MacBook Pro with High Sierra. I followed the instructions given for downloading TotalMix with High Sierra, and it still does't work. I also deleted the  rme.totalmix.default.xml and lastFirefaceUC1.xml from the Library preferences and I am still having the issue. I have also reinstalled the software several times and still nothing. I don't know if it might have to do with the fact that the Baby Face doesn't appear in the "Function & Device Selection" window, which doesn't make sense because my computer is recognizing the interface.
I would truly appreciate if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Does the Settings dialog open? If not then the unit is in Class Compliant mode.

For High Sierra you will need to reinstall and then allow the applications to run as per https://archiv.rme-audio.de/download/AG_RME … ion_EN.pdf.

No, the settings dialog doesn't open, and what is class compliant mode. I have tried multiple times reinstalling total mix and allowing the applications to run and still it doesn't work.
This is very frustrating, what can I do to solve the issue?

Just Figured it out. It was under class compliant mode. I had to hold Select+Dim simultaneously while connecting the babyface pro to the computer.
