The ADI-2 Pro / DAC has no mic inputs.
But you can use it to listen to music as headphone.
The other thing is .. even if you had a recording Interface with Mic preamps ...
Such consumer headsets usually have a condenser mic which is not compatible with 48V Phantom Power (studio standard).
They work on much lower level and are only compatible to PC soundcards.
There are heaphones with a real condenser micros compatible to 48V phantom power available,
but then the headsets are usually much more expensive.
But as the ADI-2 Pro doesnt have Mic Preamps anyway, you can only use the phones for listening to music.
I would ask the manufacturer, what type of condenser mic this is and whether its compatible to 48V phantom power or not.
