Topic: TMFX, reboot prevention, a bug or a feature?

If TMFX window is "open" it prevents a PC from going to power off/reboot, getting this message in Windows 10, like this app prevent it, reboot anyway... so on.

If it closed - no warnings.

Is in intentional or not? I find it not conventional, more like a bug.
