Topic: ADI-2 DAC Mac issues

Can't get ADI-2 DAC working on Mac. Works well on Windows.
OS version: 10.11.6, MacBook Pro, connecting via stock usb cable.
Firmware updated to latest available (exactly the same behavior as stock version)
System shows audio device in the list, "RME USB Series Flash Tool" did update firmware successfully

Any app can not play anything, usually showing 00:00 ethernally.
Audirvana Plus showing "Error starting device playback" when in "Direct Mode". otherwise the same behavior as other apps

Any idea how to debug?

That's weird but a couple of reboots did help.
Also, reporting back:
* Audirvana works, correctly setting Sample Rate and passing bitperfect tests
* Regular apps just keeping already set Sample Rate, mostly work (but sometimes doesn't, all of them)
