I bought a Babyface pro 3 weeks ago, everything has been smooth, remarkably smooth until today. Working on a session earlier I started getting digital screeching sounds upon playback, then the interface stops working completely. I replug the usb, try a different port, nothing makes a difference. I tested this also with youtube videos, playback stops communicating with the interface.

My setup: i7-4790k, Team-v 32gb ddr3 ram, Msi Z97 gaming 5 motherboard. I am using this usb chord I got from amazon, has not caused my any issues since I purchased it (when I bought the interface). https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G6 … &psc=1

The only thing that has changed, is I replaced my hard drive two days ago with a 2tb micron ssd. I had no problems the day of changing or since then, just today. I have had no other issues with my pc.

Any help addressing this is appreciated, it has me very concerned.
