Hello, is it possible to connect microphones to the line inputs via "XLR to line" cables ?

You will need a preamplifier, both for gain (level) and phantom power (for condenser mics).

To connect other equipment as mic preamps or converters
ATAT = 8 channels @44.1/48 kHz or via multiplexing 4@88.2/96 and 2@176.4/192 kHz via TOSLINK cable.
In your case you could i.e. connect a RME Octamic II to your UC (either digitally using ADAT or analog using balanced cables).
