Topic: UFX+ - Issue on instr 11/12 inputs

Hello,

I bought  a second hand (and still on warranty - is this 2 years ? Bill is 14/01/2017) an UFX+

Checking inputs with Digicheck, with nothing plugged, all parameters flat, I noticed what seems a problem on 11/12 instr inputs.

At min gain, the 11th peaks at -97db and 12th at -92db
At max gain, the 11th peaks at -49,6db and 12th at -57db.

What should I do please ?

My values:
At min gain -98 and -94
At max gain -57 and -52
(used 2 bar level meter, ASIO)

Connect something to the input - problem should be gone then. Differently to dedicated TRS inputs these XLR combos are not short-circuited with nothing plugged in.
