  I have emailed support several times with no reply. I have an UFX, a MADIXT and an OctamixXTC all 3 out of warranty and all 3 with almost completely burned out (completely white) LCD screens. Since this should be an easy component for a tech to replace without having to send all 3 units back to Germany which would surely be expensive for such a small component, does anyone know who I could ask or where I could buy the screens from source?
