I have contacted support but would like to hear if other users have the same issue.

My RME 802 is working great when connected. I have an issue which is if I turn the power of the interface off or the usb gets disconnected it will basically leave my iMac paralysed!

I get a cross through my Bluetooth which disconnects my keyboard and mouse and all my hard drives get ejected. It’s like some kind of power protection kicks in on my iMac to prevent any harm.

Is this common or is there anyway to stop this? If it happens on stage it’s at least 4 minutes to restart everything rather than re plug in.
