UFX II has been working fine. All of a sudden I am getting a static crackling noise that shows up only on playback after recording. The noise is not present when just monitoring or during the recording. I have tried to eliminate variables but it occurs with different DAWs and and various input sources. I am guessing it could be a UFX issue and/or a Windows 10 issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Solution:  Turns out the UFX II USB cable got plugged into a USB hub. Once I plugged it back directly into the laptop's USB port the static no longer occurs in recordings!!
