Topic: How to improve Cubase asio performance?

Hello to All

My projects becomes biger and with more tracks and audio performance meter in Cubase sometimes goes up to 95-100% . Although the cpu is at 50-60%.
Win10pro
Rme 802 @48khz (at 128samples and would like to keep it there)
cubase 10 pro (75 tracks with Vsl, Ewql, Kontakt libs)
I7 8700K
ASUS Mobo
All Disks - ssd ( os disk - M2 Samsung 960pro)
Have done all system improvment tricks (power scheme, background services, overclock ets)

I also use VePro but in the same machine.
the Question is: If I build a slave PC with Vepro the cpu will benefit because I will split the handeled tracks.  the audio performance???
Making a test with my wife's laptop (turning it into a slave with vepro and running 10 tracks) I saw that there was not any benefit in audio performance meter.

Reading several threds I understand that this performance is actualy the asio driver performance. Is it true? (sorry for my ignorance)
If yes - We have Rme drivers which is the best in market - what could I do to improve this asio performance??
second audio interface helps?
pricier Rme (UfxII) interface will do the job?
slave pc with vst system link?? (I beleive this will help but I'd like to keep things simple)
need your experience guys.
