Topic: output 1 volume much lower than the rest Fireface 400

output 1 volume is much lower than the rest. I also think the volume slowly is going down and down for years now. It feels like a hardware issue. I tried to clean it but that is not working. Can it be a sofware thing or do I have to send it out for repairs.

Reset the mixer (Options). If its unchanged then the hardware has a problem and needs repair. Might be the output capacitor...

thank you, I think its an hardware issue. so I tried to see if there is something in the plug or anything but unfortunately I don't have more knowledge than cleaning it. I will ask RME what repairs cost. thank you
