Topic: Noise on Babyface Pro

I give gain on Analog Ch 1/2, or independent (Ch 1 or Ch 2), and I got a nasty noise (it is sort of a pink noise, but without the low/mid-low end). It starts to get more notorious from +25dB and up, on the preamp (internal from babyface pro).
I do not have any microphones pluged. But when I do, it is the same problem.

Any thoughts or help?

Ps. I´ve reinstalled the usb driver (1.167) and the firmware is 101. Routing on TotalMix is ok. Listening on Sennheiser HD 280 Pro. All on Windows 10, Dell laptop.

You have all the tools to provide meaningful numbers, so do! A BF Pro with no inputs, PAD off, gain 25 dB will show an RMS level of  -99 dB , and Peak level of -89 dB in the TotalMix level meter.

If yours is significantly higher it is defective.
