Topic: BabyfacePro, TotalMix, and Logic (MBP)

Hi, everyone:

I'm hoping this is a stupid, simple question and won't yield a "can't get there from here" answer.

I would like to record two microphones at the same time through the BFP, using the XLR (ch 1/2) inputs. I want one mic to go a dedicated track in the DAW and the other to another dedicated track in the DAW. Seems simple enough, but I can't get past sending everything to everything. Is there a way for Logic (MBP High Sierra) to see two different tracks coming out of the BFP and allow me to map them to individual tracks? You'd think this would be super-basic functionality. I'm doing a podcast and want to be able to isolate each mic to its own track....

Thanks for anyone's help on this.

Re: BabyfacePro, TotalMix, and Logic (MBP)

You just need to create two mono tracks in Logic. Then track one gets input 1 and track 2 gets input 2. Perhaps you made a stereo track instead.
