of Pcie of the raydat is 2.0 or 3.0?

If the system requirements for the RayDAT card are PCIe version 1.1 then the card is also compliant to PCIe 1.1.

System requirement says version 1.1

so I take from that, that is version 1.1 standard introduced in 2005 by PCI-SIG

That theoretically means you could put it in a version 1.0a slot too (2003)

Should also be possible to put in any pcie slot upto pcie v4.0 (2011)
